Enough Sleep Time
I am questioning my routine of waking up at 2 am every day to work on my blog. I do start out my time praying to the Lord, admittedly, I need to read His Word more. I always tell myself that this is my quiet time to do my writing. But, is it giving me enough sleep time to function during the day?
Ever since starting noom and getting my fitbit I stopped drinking caffeine. Luckily my life with my wonderful children I can take a nap when I need to. Plus I tend to start falling asleep about 7 pm at night. But, do I really need to waste my day sleeping because I wake up at 2 am? The day tends to go so fast in the morning though. It is already 4 am and I am just beginning to write.

I know many have problems falling asleep and then a hard time waking up in the morning. I used to be like that. My Mommypotamus’s article I may have skipped putting on so much weight back then.
